É um aprimoramento do famoso 3G, muitas vezes conhecido também como 3.5G, ou 3G+. O HSPDA (High-Speed Downlink Packet Access) permite velocidades máximas de download de 42.3 Mbit/s, claro que em teoria, visto que na prática a velocidade máxima é de 14 Mb/s.

Mas se o seu dispositivo fica sempre apresentando este símbolo já estará ótima a velocidade para a utilização, então a partir disto não precisa se preocupar muito com velocidade.

H+ – HSDPA+

É uma evolução do anterior HSDPA, capaz de fornecer uma velocidade de download de incríveis

168 Mb/s, foi uma grande revolução para a época.

4G/LTE

Este é a mais novo sistema padronização de conexão, que ainda está em implantação no Brasil.

A velocidade de download deverá ser em torno de 300 Mbits/s o que é mais do que suficiente pra qualquer usuário.

Porém, é claro que a velocidade depende muito do seu plano de dados e da operadora com a qual está lidando. Como por exemplo, operadoras podem reduzir a velocidade da conexão para todos os usuários durante o dia e durante a madrugada liberar a real velocidade do sinal.

Vale ressaltar que para usar o 4G é necessário que tenha cobertura 4G em sua área e que o seu dispositivo tenha o recurso de hardware que o 4G precisa pra ser recebido, portanto só com os aparelhos mais novos, o que não é difícil encontrar, e aos poucos todos os aparelhos que chegarem ao mercado irão ter capacidade de funcionar em 4G.
